We needed a place to stay and we walked around the area looking for something clean, cute, and for under 60 dollars. Some places charge extra for Air Conditioning, but we got an adorable room with a HUGE bed and A/C for $44 (USD). The hotel across the street was charging $76 and we stayed the night before in this TERRIBLE hotel on the beach (about a half a block down) for $50 with NO A/C. Hotel Gaviota has a nice pool, a small restaurant, and it's next door to a really nice mini-spa, where I received a one-hour salt scrub for $30 bucks!
