“Where the old shines through.”

This is a must see place.The last people to see this place before it was unearthed in 1978 were Spanish Conquistadores. There is an outdoor boardwalk around the outdoor part and a nice museum inside. There is a film to see in Spanish. And a model of the ruins before they were razed to make way for a new city. I recommend this exibit to all. Plan for a 2 hour trip.

I loved this museum as it shared so much history about the preHispanic civilization of Mexico! The culture and history are fascinating and it is wonderful to see the government give respect and credit to all the indigenous civilizations and their accomplishments in their building and maintenance of "The Great Temple".
