Pescador is Freakin Awsome! I would say -------, but I want this message to get posted. I am sorry for the first two couples on this site. It would seem that if you're a closed minded anti social homophobic, then you indeed would not like this hotel. The people that work here are great! Nothing but smiles and good attitude, which is exactly what you need in Cabo. Everywhere in town is an easy walk, and no need for taxis like all the over priced hotels out of town. Stay at the pescador, and if you need anything, Rob is DA man! Pescador Rox, see ya soon Roberto!

My boyfriend and I just returned from 4 nights at Hotel Villas del Pescador and we cannot say enough positive things about this place. The staff is nothing less than awesome and could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Location is perfect- right in the middle of everything-minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Pool is always heated and open.As far as lame reviews about noise and too much of a party atmosphere - you're in CABO! get over it and enjoy yourself. Great price for what you get.We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite upstairs - best bet.Not a ritzy hotel, but it had everything we were looking for.Thanks Rob -we'll definitely be back again!

Not suitable for families or straight people!!!! NOTHING like the pictures on any travel website. We stayed there one night before going to the Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar because it had a good location, good price, and appeared ok on the internet. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! We would've paid anything to find a new room if we could have. The rooms were tiny, sheets were stained, toilet was plugged, and none of us would set foot in the shower. The air conditioner sounded like a propeller engine taking off. All the people seem to live there, or just come to party. Their pool party woke us up at 5:30am, when they returned from the RAINBOW club (need I say more?). We asked them to quiet down to not wake our children and noticed the hotel managers were in the pool too. We asked nicely that they quiet down. One worker's response was, "So, do you want to party and smoke somethin' with us?" The people were certainly friendly, but they should have respected that we had small children and grandparents with us. Their behavior was inappropriate outside the privacy of their own room (please close your curtains in the evening, by the way). We couldn't wait to leave.

Horrible!My husband and I were unfortunate enough to stay in the hotel for one night, since we arrived too late to make reservations elsewhere. I have nothing good to say about this hotel because there is nothing good about this hotel. I wish someone would have warned us about this place. The room was the size of a small linen closet, there was no telephone, no hot water, and a bar of drunks next to the hotel.
In addition, not only did the lock on the room door not lock, the door also did not close. We asked the management for another room and had the same problem with all the doors. Needless to say it was difficult to sleep with a table and our suitcases holding the door shut. We woke up early the next morning to search for another hotel room.
