We stay at Casa Sueno whenever possible. The property can be booked out entirely for a big group or you can get the two bedroom unit on the bottom or second level. There is a self contained studio as well. We stayed in the bottom unit this time - the middle unit is the nicest. We love the privacy and it is literally in front of the surf break Zippers. The only drawback to staying here there is really only two restaurants available via walking along the beach. Zippers restaurant, which takes too long for us with our toddler even for Mexico. And an Italian place which is connected to a resort down the way. We love the self contained kitchen and being out of the way of Cabo. We can fish, surf, enjoy the beach or the pool without ever getting in a car. Can't beat it. And the owners who live on the property are extremely inviting, accomodating and great to share a beer and a chat with. If the Sueno is full we try to get a condo next door at MIraVista condos.
