We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and the lady at the reception(who didn't speak english). Said to us that we had to wait for 1 hour.
When we arrived in our room they didn't vacuum the floor. So I went back to the reception to ask for a cleaning lady. after thirty minutes finally a cleaning lady came. When we wore back in our room we saw that the floor was still dirty. The breakfast was nice but at 8 am. allmost everthing was empty. I will certanly write a complain lettre to th hotel and to the best western group to explain are experience.

It was very dissapointed, not like de pictures that they have on the web. The rooms are awfull, whit a terrible smell, it looks dirty. The attention was very bad.

We happened to be passing through Peubla during a tour of Mexico and we were there for one night. That was bad enough
Restaurant was ok . Room was awful first of all where the dead
bolt should have been there was a kleenex. The room was very smelly and filthy . I did write a complaint to the manager but to this day have not heard anything and doubt I will ( almost 2 years later. ) Do not recommend staying there

Best Western is an international hotel company, but there is few information about its unit in Puebla. The hall decoration remembers 70´s, with so many wood furniture. All the photos in the Internet show the backyard rooms, so do not accept the front rooms (to the main entry): in the spring/summer they receive the sun light all the afternoon. Yes, there is a fan, but it looks like not sufficient. You can ask for an extra portable fan, but do not be surprise if you get it only in the next day. If your are in a double room, with three people, you will need ask every day for one more bath towel. The rooms are ok, but don´t have a frigobar, maybe in the executive floor. Ask about if first. If you decide to use the laundry service, maybe it will takes 3 days to get your clothes back. The manager has changed few time ago and the reception staff is new and they are still in training, so, for your security, ask and confirm with two different people any information you ask/receive. The restaurant is ok and the people very courteous. So, if you have patience and you are not very hard to please, maybe it could be a choice...
