This hotel has a great location in the heart of Monterrey. It is located near one of the largest shopping centers in Monterrey. I stayed there for some business meetings and the hotel was perfect...It has two large ballrooms, where our meetings were held at.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel room was very luxurious and modern...even with a plasma TV!!!
Overall...Great hotel for a moderate price!

The hotel is fairly new and nice physically. The service is very poor though -- the bellmen/concierge do not know the area, the maid service is unpredictable (towels one day, not the next, bath mat one day, not the next, water one day..... you get the picture), and the internet is virtually useless as it is SO slow (much slower than dialup). Also, be sure to get a room on floor 25 (which is actually about floor 7) or higher, as the lower rooms hear the noise from the atrium/lobby bar below.

The hotel is brand new, they opened probably a year ago or less.

The hotel is very nice, the architectural concept is terrific, the location is good, close to a very good shopping mall but you may need a car to visit the city center or main attractions, actually you need a car in Monterrey.

The rooms are medium size, but the design is nice, a few things were missing, like the hand towels, other day the shampoo/soaps, then the bath mat, something new everyday.

We asked for a wake up call and they didn´t call (twice), this is very wrong specially if the mayority of your clients are in a business trip.

The duvet was stained, also the carpet.

The pool is fantastic, little cold but nice... didn´t have time to use the spa.

The staff is very nice but there are not up to other Camino Real Hotels or another upscale hotels.
