This hotel is in a great location for people passing through or wanting to be somewhere central.. We took teh $20 upgrade to the delta room with the signature bed and decor and it was so worth it. huge plush duvet, wonderful bed, beautiful, spacious room, it was great! There are lots of amenities close by and there is a starbucks downstairs and a nice lounge. The family style restaurant had great food but a very limited menu.
Parking is also tight, confusing and can be non-exisitent if there are weddings or events during your stay.
Otherwise a nice hotel and you dont even notice the highway noise!

This Delta needs some work. I was placed in a standard room and the internet did not work. I was upgraded into a one bedroom suite; however it is something out of the 70's. Plastic lights from the ceiling, carpet is dirty, and the old popcorn ceilings. No outside windows, you overlook the mall court yard. The mall is quite big with lots of stores, however the food courts all close at 17:30 so get down there early. The Delta advertises the Jacuzzi hot tubs; however you wouldn't catch me in one of these 20 year old tubs. I went to the front desk and asked to buy stamps and was told they don't sell anything at the desk. My advice for the price stay somewhere else that is more modern.

If you are going to stay in a mall it might as well be West Edmonton. At least in the West Edmonton Mall there are amenities close by and the service is good.
This hotel is outrageously overpriced and the surrounding streets have little to be desired.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and I am very impressed. It has exceeded my expectations greatly! The rooms are large & decorated nicely (see photos- which by the way don't do the hotel rooms much justice, sorry!). The staff is very prompt in fulfilling requests & they are very friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile & a "have a good day"... it's not a big deal, but its the little things like that that always make a stay much nicer. We're downtown Edmonton, about 20 minutes from the West Edmonton Mall (and we passed the Delta South which seemed to be in quite a scuzzy looking area!) but the suites are a part of a smaller mall which has pretty much everything you need (movies, restaurants, shops, etc.)

The only thing I didn't care for was the $16/day parking fee. It's a lot cheaper than in most bigger cities, but I hate being surprised with parking. But I got a steal on the room any way- $169/night! So I really shouldn't complain...

I don't really have anything negative to say about my experience at the Delta Center Suites.
