This hotel is one of the best in Jasper! Great service, great rooms. Above and beyond service! Made an excellent stay!

We stayed in the winter, and because of that the room was a good price. I wouldnt stay in the summer ever for what you pay and get. Rooms were clean, staff was good, pool was great, location of ice machines sucked.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Marmot Lodge in Jasper. For $150/night, I expect a much nicer place to stay. Room small, small TV which didn't have remote control until we asked. Front desk staff unfriendly. We found the bed hard, unlike another reviewer. Room was clean and met our basic needs but wouldn't want to stay for very long. Prices in Jasper are way overpriced!

We (my wife and I stayed here for one night during our drive through BC. For the high price, the place is ordinary. Check in is rather late at 4pm, whereas most other hotels allow check in after 2pm. Housecleaning knocked on our door at a little after 8am. We asked them to come back after an hour. I mentioned this to reception. The receptionist apologised, but one of her colleagues who was listening in offered an explanation. We should have had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door - so the 'default' is an early awakening! When I mentioned that the late check in should allow plenty of time for cleaning, the response was 'We have 170 rooms to clean'. I came back with 'You need more staff'. In sum, generally unfriendly, but then Jasper has limited accommodation I understand.
