The rooms are nice, lots of small improvements (good shampoo, cream in room for coffeee, 2 sinks) but this is really a very motel, not an inn.
It is expensive but Jasper is expensive!!!!! So stay here if you want a place in jasper, the staff were GREAT and friendly.
BUT when travelling in this area Alwys have a reservation, everything is full in the summer.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. I first stayed here two years ago, and when I arrived I was a little unsure of the hotel, because it looked a little "old" from the outside. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were beautiful, and very clean. This time around it was even more enjoyable. The best part of the rooms is the extra sink/kitchen area, that makes the room seem abit more bigger, than other places I've stayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay here for many more visits to Jasper.

We could not have ask for more friendly people. Our room was clean with a quiet air conditioner. We were travling for 18 days and this was one of the few hotels that provided just what they said they would. Yes I would stay again, and recommend Mount Robson to my friends. Matter of fact I already have.

This is an older two-story motel-type place on the western edge of downtown Jasper. We were told it was an 'easy two block walk' from the train station. Turned out to be more like a 1.5 Km hike towing some very heavy luggage. Not great for people with cardiac conditions.

We were not happy with the front desk reception and not having a shuttle service from the train station. The rooms were what you would
expect in a motel. Our daughter's room had a blood stain on one of the pillows. The restaurant was Ok but the service was slow and the breakfast selection was limited.

The hotel's attitude was that they've cornered the tourist market in
Jasper and can offer low-value accommodation at high prices.
