The staff was very nice. We did switch rooms 2x. They were very nice about it. The 1st time was because they gave a smoking room and it smelled horrible. (I suppose if you are a smoker this won't bother you.) This room was in the "courtyard", it was pretty run down. The next room was a little nicer but the power kept going off so they upgraded us to the "tower". This room was much nicer but also rundown. The pool area is very nice! The shuttle to the Falls is a nice bonus. Make sure to ask about the "2 for 1" folder with deals for area restaurants. They only do the free breakfast at Denny's if you book online. This was not a bad hotel for being at least $50 cheaper a night. My husband and I both agreed next time we will spend the extra money on a hotel that is a little nicer. For 1 night, just for somewhere to sleep, it achieved its purpose.

I booked 3 rooms to stay at this hotel during a family trip to Niagara Falls. Let me begin with the check in process; The front desk clerk Vicky was not only rude, but lacks customer service, or people skills. It seemed like she was doing us a favor to even speak to us.
The rooms were HORRIBLY dirty and smelled like an uncared for nursing home. The bathrooms were dirty, not enough towels or soap was left in the rooms. The housekeeping staff asked us to step out of the elevator so they could take the garbage down instead of waiting for the guests to finish using the elevator accordingly. The Denny's restaurant downstairs at the hotel was poor in service and had maybe 2 of the 8 items on the menu and the prices were more expensive than a Tony Roma's. I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone that I know.
The rooms are worth $20.00 per night at best.

Well what can i say u pay for what you get for....nice pool area ..staff really nice..theres two parts to the hotel that the dont show in the pictures theres the tower and the back part its like a motel...the room needs serious remodeling and a good vacummig... its a little far from the fall..but then we were trying to save money so we stayed here..but next time i will stayed much closer to the falls...

As a local in the Niagara Region, this hotel was fine, but I would be SO disappointed if I was a tourist! The special was $75 (normally $300 HAHAHA... I hope not!) & included breakfast at Denny's with Coffee & Juice ($25 value) The weekday special was $55 at the time.

Pros:
-Parking was free at the hotel
-Free shuttle (make sure you confirm this at registration)
-Staff was kind
-Comfy King size bed
-Cheap, Cheap, Cheap
-Next door: Outlet mall, mini put, Dairy Queen, Denny's

Cons:
-You have to shuttle to anything touristy (we knew that)
-The rooms were not very clean, and in desperate need of modernization.
-The shower went cold when we used the hot water in the sink.
-No Coffee maker in room
-No work out room
-Antenna TV

I would not recommend this to anyone unless they're planning to travel on the super cheap... It doesn't give the real Niagara Falls tourism feel. On a possitive note, it was what we were looking for at the time & we enjoyed it.
