First of all, I would recommend to stay in Niagara-on-the lake instead of directly by the falls. The town is truly beautiful and a huge relief after a visit to the Falls. Don't get me wrong, I loved the falls, but i'm happy we decided not to stay in one of the hotels overlooking them. Way too busy, way too much "vegas/times square" like (which I both visited and loved, but it just was a pity that it has been constructed there, next to those beautiful falls). Anyways, we booked the Venetian and the Sans souci suite, and they were both perfect, although I personnaly preferred the Venetian. The rooms are even nicer than on the pictures of their website. Everything is beautifully decorated, the owners have great taste. In addition to the beautiful house, there's an amazing garden with pool, just perfect for relaxing. The location is great too, in a few minutes you're in the middle of Niagara-on-the lake, but its much more peaceful thanks to its location across the golf. The owners also think of the little details like a porto on arrival, cookies when you leave, a film library, a pool room, ... We really regretted that we could only stay one night. If I lived a little closer I would immediately return for a 3 night stay and enjoy the pool, visit a few wineries, take a stroll around town.. perfect! We had dinner at Peller estates which was amazing, very refined food, good service, beautiful views over the wineries. I really recommend dining there!
Breakfast the next morning was great: homemade muffins and breads, very yummy dutch pancake with apples and slices of ham on the side, yoghurt with fruit, ... more than enough and very good.
In short, we loved this B&B!
