My mom and sister and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two nights (Friday/Saturday). The room rate was reasonable, and a welcome option to the overpriced hotels right in the heart of NOTL. The drive from the hotel to NOTL was about 10 minutes, and we were pleased to be also be able to drive into Niagara Falls in about 10 minutes. Good central location if you plan to visit both. For just $6 per person, we were able to add the breakfast buffet. The waffles were great, eggs were made to order -- overall very good value. The rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, lots of room for the 3 of us. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. We were given complimentary water bottles upon arrival. The front lobby had a fireplace and a comfortable sitting area. Parking was free (nice change from the Falls). Located directly across from Tim Hortons, Wendys and other fast food restaurants. Staff at front desk and in restaurant were pleasant. Two outdoor patio areas were welcomed by the smoker in our group.

The hotel was easy to get to, within reach of all the major attractions, but in a quiet part of town, with lots of parking. Front desk did their job, but were not overly cheery or enthusiastic. The room was a good size, with two big beds, tv, desk (wifi) and decent sized bathroom. I tried out the fitness room which was good because it had a number of pieces of equipment in.

The hotel was clean and modern. We stayed for two nights. On the second morning for breakfast, we had to ask staff to clear a table for us to sit at. We then got a moan from the employee that she was here on her own. We were not the only ones who did this in order to be able to eat breakfast. Unlike the first morning, when coffee was brought to all the tables, we all had to get up and get our own.

This was the only downside of the stay, particularly as breakfasts are so expensive here.

Very clean and quiet hotel, with a small indoor pool and a nice whirlpool.
Outside of Niagara Falls (10 minutes) and Niagara-On-The-Lake (15 minutes) - close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Rooms and bathrooms were immaculate - very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Great having a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave in the room.
Priced right.
Food court across the street with Tim Horton's, Pizza Pizza, Wendy's, Mr. Sub and convenience store.
Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is new, yet the staff, from the front desk to the bartenders are all helpfull and went out of their way to assist you in making your stay memorable. The room was very roomy, and definately business oriented. But, the whirlpool tub was a very nice and relaxing touch.
I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to the area. It is right at an exit of the Highway. Easy on ,easy off. Yet near rt. 55 which travels thru many of the vineyards, and the Niagara Pkwy, which travels by the river.
