Good location, a bit old and tired looking hotel, almost no sitting area in reception.
The staff are great and good room service and really good restaurant.
The rooms are ok, no safe, clean and after a 20 hour trip to get to Quebec very welcoming.

Service
Business serviceThe Delta Quebec is conveniently located near Old Quebec, the parliament and also close to nighlife action on Grande-Allee street.
As far as the hotel itself is concerned, the common areas (entrance, main lobby, elevators) are a bit tired, and so are many of the oversized/premium rooms. Nothing major but the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade as far as furniture and carpeting. Most of the rooms are of fairly good size.
During my last stay, I was upgraded to what they call their "presidential suite" (as part of their frequent guest program). It is a nice, 1-bedroom/2 floors suite with good views of the river and parts of the city. Had access to the lounge which offers a reasonable variety of breakfast items. The lounge was quite busy on that day so they offered breakfast vouchers to some guests so that they can enjoy a continental breakfast at the restaurant.
I had dinner at the restaurant on previous occasions and the food is usually good and they have an excellent breakfast buffet.
Staff is very friendly and useful.
Gym is so-so
As I said, overall, this is a good hotel for the value and should please most people - just a few minors detail that needs improvement

Service
Business serviceThis hotel is a very standard Delta property. Nothing special, but still a good value and a convenient location. Don't expect much in the way of luxury, but it will provide you with a good, problem free stay.

Service
Business serviceWe were visiting for a conference and were only there for one night. The room was really nice and looked like it had been recently renovated. The room was a good size. The service was excellent - our toilet got blocked but when we called reception someone came and fixed it within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and polite.
A great place to stay just outside the city walls.

ServiceMy daughter and myself went to the 'winter carnival' in Feb We left on a Fri morning and headed straight into the worst blizzard we have ever encountered. We got lost in Montreal and our van took a tail spin off a ramp which nearly threw us off the ramp if it weren't for this snow bank. The visibility was so bad I had to keep getting out of the car and chipping the ice off the windshield wipers. We finally found our way enroute to Quebec when we had skidded off the road with a flat tire (probably the result of our tail spin in Montreal). After a miraculous rescue by a helpful stranger and a gas station adentant,we headed back on the road to Quebec. We finally arrived in the city and with the help of the hotel doorman who gave us directions we arrived about 10PM. Once there the doorman took my van and our suitcase and took care of everything. We went to the dining room which was now closed but they were kind enough to give us a hot meal anyway. I was never more happy and very thankful for there attention. They went above and beyond helping us. Excellent place.... We had the best time. The beds you could melt in.The view was splendid. The Carnival was great.I'd stay there again.
