“Quaint Inn”

Le Couvent

3 of 5 stars
Atlanta Georgia

This inn is located in the Downtown area of Old Mont Tremblant. Not terribly luxurious but suitable. The private rooms are nice, the bed I slept on had a down mattress which was very comfortable. There is a hot tub in the back yard although I never used it. There is a common area which is on the main floor with a wood fireplace in the living area. The place is clean and very convenient to the Old Town of Mont Tremblant. It can be rented for large groups that want to ski in the Mont Tremblant area.
I booked the site through vacations-abroad.com

    • Liked — The down mattress was my favorite.
    • Disliked — It is an older building but very typical of the region.
    • Tips/Secrets: — Check out Tremblant North and Lac Superieur. This area has great views and not as commercial.

“Nothing special”

Le Couvent

We stayed there recently on a weekend trip to Mont Tremblant. Its clean, and comfortable, but nothing special. Most other B&B we've ever been to, you generally have a common area that guests can relax in. At Le Couvent, it feels like you are in the owner's living room which is a little bit weird. The breakast is nothing special - plain crepes, cold cuts, store bought cookies, etc. For the price (~$100 CAD for 2), there must be something better. The B&B is located in the actual town, which is convenient and quiet. Its a 5 minute drive to the Intrawest Tremblant village, or a 30 min bike ride, or a 45 min walk.
