ServiceMy husband and I just returned from a stay at Chateau Beavallon in Mont-Tremblant. What an amazing place!!!
From the minute that we booked with them they assisted us with planning our activities, booking us a car and taking care of all our needs. Eddy and Martine are fabulous!
Our room was a beautiful 1 bedroom suite complete with California king, 2 flat screen tv's (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a gas fireplace, two bathrooms and kitchenette. The room was very clean and welcoming!
They have a great lounge with comfy seating, fireplace and free internet as well as a little bar. The restaurant was wonderful. We had an amazing Valentine's dinner and great continental breakfast in the morning that was included in our package.
The shuttle service runs every half hour to the village for skiing during the day and there are also shuttles at night to take you to the restaurants/bars in the village. The drivers are very friendly and timely.
Speaking from experience, this property is much better than anything you will find in "the village" as we have stayed at The Westin. There is NO comparison!
The staff at Chateau Beauvallon are genuine, friendly and helpful!
We cannot wait to come back! This is definetly the place to stay when you visit Tremblant!
We have just returned from a week at the Chateau Beauvallon.
This boutique hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. Martine and Eddie were especially helpful.
The suites are beautifully decorated, spacious , very functional and can easily accomodate 4 people.
The hotel offers a shuttle to the pedestrian village at the mountain during the day and a van service at night so you do not need your car to get around.
All in all and A+ experience.

Business serviceMy husband and I just returned from a 4-night stay in a 1-bedroom suite at the Chateau Beauvallon. It was incredible.
Everything about this hotel is first class. It's only 2 years old, so it's very clean, nice furnishings, beautiful bathrooms, etc etc.
But the best part about the Chateau Beauvallon is the staff. The reception, concierge, bellboy, bartender, all the shuttle drivers, etc were wonderful. Very friendly, approachable, and helpful. We were always given good tips for activities, restaurants, directions, etc.
The service at the Chateau Beauvallon is outstanding. I hope the management recognizes this as their strongest asset, and rewards the staff accordingly. There are many first class places to stay in Mont Tremblant, but I doubt they have the same commitment to service.

Business serviceI am so pleased that we took a chance and decided to stay at a property near, but not in the pedestrian village. We have been visiting Mont Tremblant for a number of years and have always stayed in the village in the past.
First, the hotel is lovely as you pull up, and the bell staff/valet are welcoming, polite, friendly, and capable. The front desk staff is as well. The first thing I noticed upon entering our suite ( 2 bedroom/2 baths also with a pull out couch and Murphy bed-- fit 4 comfortably, and up to 6 would be fine if you get along well) was how utterly pristine it was-- understated, cozy, not too fussy, modern, and very nice. The kitchen area is well appointed and looked as though it had never been used.
The bathrooms were equally immaculate-- I thought the radiant heat under the slate tile floors was a very nice touch.
I had been concerned that the shuttle would be inconvenient, but I have to say that the shuttle service was extremely well run. I cannot overstate how wonderful the shuttle staff was. They were available at all hours; we never had to wait more than a moment or so for a pick-up, and it is within a five minute drive to the pedestrian village.
Breakfast for us was not included( though for some it was- you may want to ask ), but it was not terribly expensive and it was well prepared- again, clean, cozy, great staff, understated and very nice.
If you are a new visitor to Tremblant, I suggest Creperie Catherine (crepes) ,Le Savoie (fondue), and the Japanese restaurant in Le Westin in the pedestrian village for dining. We have also enjoyed Expedition Wolf (dogsledding), and the snow tubing nearby as well.
Mostly, I enjoy the warmth, hospitality and lack of pretention of the people in the Tremblant area-- and that is what makes all the difference.
