Thirty Two entirely deserves its reputation and rave reviews. The owners have restored the fine regency town house to its full glory. Each room is immaculately presented and the guest lounge with its 13 foot high ceilings, triple windows overlooking Imperial Square and open fires is the perfect place for a drink before heading off to eat at one of several nearby excellent restaurants. "Lumiere" is one of the best.

I booked this hotel for myself and my other half for his birthday in December. I can honestly say we have never stayed anywhere that was perfect in every way, but Thirty Two is just that.

Our room was tastefully decorated in fact the whole house is very pleasing to the eye. The bed in our room was so comfortable it even surpassed the one at home which takes some doing.

Jonathan one of the owners that we saw when we stayed there could not do enough for us, but not in an "in your face way". From booking us a taxi for a night out to recommending excellent eating places locally he was great.

If you are looking for a small but perfectly formed 5 star B & B. Look no further.

What a beautiful building in the middle of Cheltenham. It is great to see the owners create such an interesting contemporary interior in such an old house. My stay was unforgettable in many ways......the warm welcome, the lovely and comfortable room with great attention to details down to the little box of assorted teas!, the restful sitting room and the great breakfast. The "Jonathans" were perfect hosts and I cannot wait to go and stay there again!

Me and my husband stayed here and it was excellent, the room was lovely and decorated to a high standard. We booked in advance, but on the night we stayed the other rooms were discouted so it would be great for a last minute deal. With the hotel only having four rooms each guest is catered for and with us having a meal out in the evening we had continental breakfast the next morning in our room which was excellent. You can also have cooked breakfast in the dining room but i found breakfast in bed so much more relaxing. The hotel is central and very close to the stylish Montpellier shops and restaurants. Would go again

Where can I start???

We were looking for a relaxing weekend, with a bit of shopping and eating thrown in, so we booked the Kiftsgate for 2 nights with Jonathan over the phone. He gave excellent directions and emailed a map, can't blame him for the sheer volume of traffic. After driving for 3 hours on a busy Friday afternoon all we wanted to do was park the car up and leave it until Sunday.

Thirty Two is situated in a prime location right on Imperial Square and is within easy walking distance of the town centre, bars and restaurants. After talking to Jonathan on our arrival, he gave excellent advice on where to eat and shops.

Thirty Two is superbly decorated throughout with excellent views over the Square from the Front Room. In the evenings you will find an honesty bar (never heard of one of those before), nibbles laid out, soft music playing, open fire and candles lit. All this makes you feel incredibly relaxed and at home. You can have breakfast in the dining room or brought to your room? Whichever option you make, the food and service is excellent, using fresh local ingredients. Both Jonathan, Jonathan and Stanley (their pet dalmation) make you feel that you are a member of their family and totally at ease.

The room we stayed in had a Superking sized bed - which was divine - such bliss!, a seating area (sofa and chair), a flat screen tv, dvd/cd player, and bathrobes are provided for your use during your stay. It truly is home from home.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thirty Two and will definitely be re-booking in the very near future.
