We where made welcome from the moment we arrived, greeted very warmly and nothing was a problem.
The rooms are cosy and clean with plenty of room.
The hospitality is outstanding food was hot and tastey.
Would recommend a stay here.

A lovely House in North Wales - great location for the town, and great central location to travel around.

Each room was decorated with its own individuality, which made the house feel very welcoming, along with the lovely lounge areas, restaurant, bar etc.

What makes the stay here so great was the fantastic welcome from the owners, so helpful, freindly, informative and willing to put themselves out for all - would definitely go back if I needed to be in the area again.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners - even to the point of sourcing a breakfast for me. The owners understood about my allergies and provided a good variety of food for me.

Loved the homely feel to the hotel. We will definately return to this hotel and is the best hotel we stayed at this year without a doubt!

The Castlebank is a fine character building perfectly sited just outside of the old catle walls with delightfull views of the castle ,town and estuary.There is ample parking and only minutes from the centre of the town.
It has a glow about it on entering, provided by owners Joe and Henrique's sincere ,friendly and professional manner and the sympathetic decor and paintings.
We stayed in room 3,1st floor, at the front which is a delight, with kingsized bed and superb views.We stayed for 3 nights at a price of £80 per night for 2 including breakfast.
The dining room is comfortable serving a variety of impressive breakfasts. Diner in the evening excellent.
Service,clenliness and ambience is excellent.
We would highly recomend this hotel for all we have said above plus it is close to many other towns and Mount Snowdon.
