We have just returned from a 2 night stay on the the third floor of this amazing Hotel. It is like stepping into Victoriana but with 21st century luxury. We were ushered into the drawing room by a member of the family and shown everything we might need. As we stepped into our 3rd floor room, the 'wow's were only followed by more 'Wows'.
The bed is so high you need a set of mahogany steps to get in it! There is thankfully no full English breakfast (available in sister Hotel if you must!) Just an old fashioned mahogany tray brought to your room with the freshly made 'continental for breakfast in bed! There was ,of course, fresh fruit and yogurts - plenty! Daily newspaper is free and no rush, even on the last day we didn't need to be out till 11am.
I booked this break on their website very easily and paid the bill, which arrived on the breakfast tray by phoning downstairs only. This was one of the best treats we have had in a long time - well worth giving it a go.

Ended up staying here by mistake. We had booked in to a suite room at the Quay hotel for the bank holiday weekend. On arrival, we were informed that we had booked in for the next evening and there were no rooms free for us. Despite their error, they managed to find us a room at the Obsourne - and what a blessing in disguise. All rooms are suite rooms and if they were in London, the proce tage would be £400+ per night. Victorian in style, the living room boasted views of Llandudno bay. The bedroom was outstading, as was the bathroom and dressing room. Really enjoyed staying here, the staff were great, food marvellous, Continental breakfast in the room was exceptional. Can't wait to book again.

Have just returned from a one-night stay at this wonderful hotel. All the other reviews say it all really (yes we read them before we booked!) and I'm really lost for words, but can honestly say that staying here has been one of the best hotel experinces ever for us. One reviewer thought that the continental breakfast served in the room might be 'cold toast' from across the road from the sister hotel. Well we had the 'continental' served in the room this morning and the toast was hot, as were the scumtious pastries! So, worry not! Just give it a go and enjoy as we did and come back home (as we have ) dreaming about the nesxt visit which can't come soon enough!

This is a superb quality hotel, only a small number of rooms all suites,we were on the 1st floor suite, which had great views of the sea, through a big bay window.
The bed was massive and so comfy, bathroom big and very well appointed.
Great modern gas fire for the winter months, and sofa and dining table for breakfast.
Restaraunt was very nice, great food and service.
Bar was modern and comfortable.
If your looking for a romantic weekend away you wont be dissappointed,me and my fiancee will be returning hopefully very soon.

This hotel is a truly magical little hotel in the coastal town of Llandudno. Each of the 8 rooms is a suite, comprising bedroom, living room with fire place and a generous bath room. The suites and the whole hotel is packed with antiques, without losing the modern and eclectic design of the interior.

The hotel has a trendy bar and a very good reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast is only served in your room, which is a nice added luxury. Despite the breakfast selection being a bit limited, e.g. cooked breakfast is not offered.

I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was that we couldn't get the wifi to work- which is probably a good thing. Truly lovely!!!
