Another Great stay at the Hotel and the Spa was fantastic, food was out of this world and the location is wonderful, I had a quick check in and the staff are so helpful.

This is the second time that we have visited this hotel.
We made more use of the Spa this time and it was a fantastic place to relax and unwind and my wife also had her hair done in the salon and was delighted with the results (thanks Georgina!!).

The hotel is just beautiful, and set in lovely surroundings. We ate in the restaurant every night and loved the food and friendly service.

We will be back again soon and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to fellow travellers.

Stayed at the hotel 12th & 13th March 2008, what a lovely place. Spa was a real added bonus and was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were really friendly. Check-in was super fast, no hanging around. We stayed in a standard room, which was nice but will upgrade next time we visit. Food was lovely and arrived hot, also no waiting around for it. All in all couldn't fault this hotel and will be going back!

Oh dear - what a terrible disappointment - having stayed last year things could not have been more different! - service is none existent, young poorly led staff with managers who seem to spend most of their time sitting in the reception drinking coffee. Breakfast this year was inferior and they have turned the beautiful spa into a 'blue rinse' salon.

You would have a more relaxing stay by booking a hotel that is run by professionals...... Travel Inn or the like.........
