We stayed a few days in the quality hotel in Killarney. We couldnt fault anything there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our children cried leaving the hotel. The food, the service, facilities were great. We will be back.

This is definitely the best hotel for families with kids in Killarney. I stayed there with my husband and 2 kids (3 and 7 yrs old). The apartment was spacious, spotless, well equipped. A little far from the town centre but then again you wouldn't walk from there anyway. Gym, pool and facilities for kids are great! Will definitely book it for our next visit.

I booked into this hotel with my partner for the Rally of the Lakes weekend. As far as I could see they were trying to bleed every last penny out of anyone that was staying there for this weekend. I know that they have to make money while they can but I feel it was a total rip off. We booked in assuming that breakfast was included in the €175 a night we were paying. But no, it was €12.50 per person extra for breakfast. The room & bathroom was below average. This is at best a 2* hotel & I for one will never stay there again!

The first time i went to this hotel was when it was the Ryans Hotel. It was years ago but i still remember it. There was absolutely nothing for my brother and I to do. It was rubbish. The staff were all ignorant except for one bar man who was really nice. We ended up leaving the next day...

In 2006 when my mam said we were going back there I nearly cried. But when we got there I couldnt believe what I was looking at. It had completely changed. There was a new sports hall, kids club with many activities that would suit kids of all ages and there was the new 18 hole mini golf course. There was also a room with playstation2's and games were provided.

The hotel was full of children. This was another thing that made the hotel great.It was a chance to make new friends. I rarely saw my parents. The only time i saw the was when i needed more money.
There was only one thing that upset me. One night my parents wanted me,my brother and a friend from his clss to have dinner with my younger brother. The food was luke warm and there was not much to choose from. All in all the hotel was great, the room was spacious and well equiped.All in all it was a great experience and since then I have been back 3 more times. I would reccommend this hotel to families with children and teenagers.
