Just back from Ireland paid only 99 euros each for two nights with breakfast and one dinner. Upgraded on arrival to superior room for no charge. Huge bed, jacuzzi bath, power shower, quiet, nice furnishings only minus really was no tea or coffee making facilities. Very friendly staff did not charge for a room had to cancel for others in party who had to return early to UK. Good breakfast. Evening meal was ok considering price we paid. Nice bar in hotel. Hotel is quite a way out of town about a 20-25 minute walk but we managed it with a few glasses of wine. Lots of huge souless hotels in Killarney I prefer somewhere like the Victoria House smaller but friendly with character. Recommended.

Stayed here recently for our anniversary and it was perfect!! The staff are soooo friendly we were greeted with smiles throughout our stay, the food was fab and the location is perfect being so close to the National Park. I would have no hessitation reccommending this hotel to anyone it is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Victoria House Hotel is just lovely. We stayed while we were driving through the Irish countryside. It is right on the main drag in Killarney, but far enough out of downtown to be quiet in the evenongs. It is also a stone's throw away from the Killarney National Park which is amazing if you like to hike. The food was above average, the rooms were smallish, but very clean and well decorated. There is a nice pub in the hotel where you can have drinks in the evenings. I would recommend going downtown for dinner as there are better, less pricey options, but all in all one of the best places we stayed.

Victoria House met all our requirements when visiting Killarney: home-like atmosphere, friendly service, and within easy walking distance of the town. But, to top this off, the food exceeded our expectations by offering a combination of continental cuisine and typical Irish fare. We shall return!
