I booked the hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and I was not disappointed. I booked the hotel for my a trip for my boyfriend who was celebrating his birthday. The reception staff were all lovely and extremely helpful and our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. I was impressed by the fact that our linen was changed daily as were our towels - I have stayed in 5* hotels where this has not been the case. As for the location, it is excellent, and as everyone says, within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower.

The area around the hotel also feels safe when walking around. After visiting districts like the Latin Quarter, I definitely feel that we made the right choice as we we not ripped off when dining near the hotel. It was a good sign that lots of French were also dining in local restaurants, and it only added to our holiday experience.

The room was bijoux, however it was not too small and my boyfriend is 6'5 but was not uncomfortable in the room at all. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but that was only because we were up and out of the hotel early everyday seeing the sights. I would not have hesitated eating at the hotel based on the cleanliness of the room and the communal areas.

Traveling with two teenagers and needing a triple room worried me when I booked, as it caused limited selection in hotels in my price range. My concern was unwarranted: we were thrilled with all aspects of our stay at the Eiffel-Kennedy. First, Bernard, Justine and Simone were so gracious, sensitive, responsive and helpful they put us at ease and gave us terrific tips and assistance, whether for directions, eating establishments, or anything at all. Secondly, the gourmet breakfasts, often emerging from family recipes for special cakes, and pastries, were gastronomic delights, as well as generous, and provided a great start to the days. The location was a short walk to metros, bus, taxi stand, and reasonably priced delicious local restaurants. We stayed 9 nights, and clean up was timely and thorough. The room was sound proof, as promised, and hot water never ran out! The location was safe, the beds, comfortable, the elevator very useful, especially with bags at the end of the trip. The hotel was great value for the cost, and the experience, in my mind, warranted five stars!! I'll be recommending it to everyone and we'll be back!!!!

this hotel is great i would recommend it to any one .we stayed there for two nights it is in walking distance of the eiffel tower or one metro stop if you dont want to walk ! at the end of the road is the statue of liberty and there are lots of restaurant around the hotel . the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good value for money . we had a veiw of the effiel tower from our room witch at night looks stunning .

We took our chances and booked our stay here through British Air when we bought the plane tickets. Yes the room was tiny, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom big and clean. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. And the breakfast was completely amazing! Fabulous coffee (such a treat after a week of awful coffee in London), an incredible array of pastries, croissants, baguettes, cakes, tarts, fruit, yogurt, cereal... And all homemade and everything delicious. For extra cost you could order eggs or an omlette, but we were very pleased with everything that was included. The location is away from the main sites, but in a neighborhood with a very homey, friendly feel to it. Lots of people walking dogs, lots of people with kids, etc. When we had dinner nearby, we were the only Americans each time, and that was great, we felt we really got a taste of the local scene. Great shopping is nearby. There's a bank machine right across the street, as well as a great bakery and nice convenience store. Bus #72 is a few blocks and the 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower is on a pedestrian walkway in the middle of the Seine, it's fabulous! Can't recommend this hotel enough.
