to stay at fresh was a good choice, especially after facing some strange habits of greek taxi drivers - for more than hour they simply refused to take us to the hotel, still don't know why... no wonder that fresh was for us something like oasis ;-)

hotel was great, most of all we loved smart breakfest and great atmosphere on the roof on the hotel with the beautiful view on acropolis. and even 2 large antennas in between didn't spoil that ;-) swimming pool was so tiny, but that was something we've already expected it.

rooms were done in a great design, clean and bright. a little bit small, but not that much. the hotel is calm and quiet, only on 8th floor is a slightly different as right above you is the restaurant. we've read in some recent reviews that surroundings of the hotel is quite dangerous, but we didn't have any problem.

it's right in the centre of athens with the great spirit of the city. we recommend to everyone.

but watch out again before the taxi drivers - some of them are really bad, even worse than the prague one's and we've never expected ourselves to say something like this.

We stayed at the Fresh Hotel in the summer - a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a great rooftop bar/pool. The pool area is small, but it does the trick. Breakfast was included and is extensive and delicious (freshly squeezed OJ, fresh cheeses, bread, fruit, yogurt, etc.). Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the area. I never felt unsafe, but the area is a bit grungy - like most of Athens, actually. But walking out of the hotel to this area definitely influenced how we viewed Athens. I think if we walked out of the hotel to the trendy Kolonaki neighborhood, or Syntagma area, we may have had a much nicer image of Athens in our head.

I could not believe it but for the first time in 20 years of travel, I had absolutely NOTHING to complain about with regards to a hotel. I stayed with my husband over Easter and it was GREAT!!

The rooms are contemporary and functional yet with a minimalism theme. The rain shower was wonderful and the Korres products have just earned a new fan. Molton Brown who???

Breakfast wes excellent and in my book any hotel that serves champagne at breakfast is 1st class. The restaurant food and bar were also fantastic. I was so surprised that I was trully content to eat there........ the atmosphere was so fun and chic!

Everybody talks about the location and yes it does look doggy but it WILL easily be overlooked once you are inside the hotel. My only disappointment was the rooftop pool and lounge were not open yet! I WILL BE BACK!

Oh and Athens was not too shabby either! Haaaaaaa

Our stay is fresh hotel was a success:
the hotel is very nice modern clean with a fantastic roof terrace, the staff very NICE & HELPFULL as we needed some extra services for our young baby as preparing fresh fruit mix on the morning or boiling mineral water for the day or warming up her food. They never had any problem with it and were even happy to help and had even suggestion to make our stay better.

The room aren't too big but the design is great and it is really clean.
Breakfast selection is excellent!
Drinks at the lounge bar are a bit expensive but good quantity and quality!
Very well located as very close for metro and city center

The only black dot of the stay will be the area as it is not the best zone of athens however we never felt unsafe or scare of anything or anyone (athens is know to be very safe) let's say that it's just the look of the surrounding that is not really pleasant for example just near the fresh hotel there is a tiny prostitute hotel that you cannot miss.

I'll recommand this hotel but I'll warm people on the surrounding expectation
