i travelled to llandudno with my mum and younger brother(13 years) through National holidays coach travel.
we were very impressed with the hotel overall as it had all of the facilities we would look for in a hotel which include a swimming pool, bar, dancefloor and an amazing night time entertainment programme.
the hotel caters for everyone as it has different facilities which certain people may need e.g. people who have special needs or families which may have young children may need to have access to a wheelchair ramp or a lift.
the chatsworth house hotel offers a lift which takes you to every floor within the hotel and has a ramp outside which is a easy way to access the hotel.
the food was delicious and was served in good sized portions.
we were staying in a family room which had an outstanding view of llandudno pier and the promenade which was fantastic.
the pier had lots of activities for you to get involved in which included funfair rides, arcades, a bar and lots of different stalls.
the walk from one end of the pier to the other was most enjoyed.
the chatsworth house hotel is situated in a good place as it is central to everything and the attractions in which llandudno has to offer which includes the town centre, the promenade, llandudno pier which are amazing sites to see.
i would definately go bk 2 the chatsworth house hotel as it has everything and offers really good service.
vieswaff ( our waiter) at the chatsworth house hotel made our stay more welcome.
we only stayed at llandudno for 7 days but if there had of been a longer trip we most likely would have taken it as there as alot of things we would have liked to see in wales which we didnt have the chance to see all of.
i even got to learn a couple of sentences in welsh!
which i thought was great !
i hope to go back soon and this hotel will stick in our minds to stay in again when we return to llandudno
this hotel has made our holiday to llandudno more of a experience and made us feel more welcome and all of the facilities we needed during our holiday were catered for.

I loved this hotel i went with my fiance and my baby son (11 months) it was fantastic the best hotel i've ever stayed in.. staff were very friendly.. loved the jacuzzi.. pool steps were unsturdy but loved the lil pool no vegetarian food as usual in english hotels.. only other problem was the heat.. its constantly boiling hot and if your rooms on the top floor the seagulls bang on the window in the mornings.. and they got a cat mr tibbs gorgeous lil tabby

Been there several times, usually for 3-5 days. Excellent service and very good public areas to relax in, and friendly staff. Location
is first rate, not just because of seafront location, but it's very near the main shops. Entertainment is good on most days

Just returned from a five day stay at the Chatsworth with Majestic - Loved it all! Free cup of tea on arrival, luggage taken to room, food V tasty and lots of it! Our room was on the back of the hotel but we sat in the lounges to see the sea.

Loved everthing - esp the thursday night entertainerment, think his name was morgan - not to be missed!
