This place is lovely. The furnishings were very romantic.
The rooms we stayed in were immaculate and incredibly comfy.
They provide newspapers, mineral water, toilettries etc.
More like a four star hotel than a guest house, really.

The breakfast was well cooked and tasty but there was no vegetarian option, despite us letting them know in advance which was a disappointment. They did cater for our little one well.

Parking is a nightmare, as in most of llandudno! If you are coming without a family, come on the train and walk.We got a ticket while we were unloading!!!!

Second stay for an overnight getaway...and will keep going back. Booked the four poster front room (rm 6) totally sumptuous, with views of the bay and a telescope to boot...which I had a little play on once I'd dragged myself away from the divinely deep bath with piping hot water.

The honesty bar was wonderful, no queueing to be served or bailing out time (which was a little dangerous!)....hence never made breakfast on this occassion! The only down side for me was breakfast ended at 9.15 on a Saturday, but to be honest I've not found a hotel that's any different....and if it ran till 10 I'd probably still be hard pressed to pull myself out of that sumptuous bed.

I did make breakfast the first time round and no complaints plenty of replenishments....you only needed to ask, and they were more than happy to oblige.

Parking is a bit 'iffy...but that's the compromise if you want a place to stay by the seafront. Amazing value for money, as it's only a tenner more than staying in one of the back street bed and breakfasts.

We booked with booking . com and when we got to the hotel we did not have a reservation, we were offered 25% off a meal and could go to a sister hotel, we chose not to of course but we were dealt with contempt it was awful. I would say to anyone do not go And do not use booking.com for sure.

a very average hotel room was clean bed was comfortable but no sign of the mineral water or the biscuits as promised the honesty bar was poorly stocked and had a warning of 24hour cctv coverage which made you feel quite uncomfortable at using it there was a charge of £1 for paying by credit card which i have never experienced before breakfast was very average with no offer of more toast or coffee all in all it was just about acceptable
