Stayed here with my girlfriend to get away for the evening. It's a B&B house with a restaurant included. the room was OK size with bath and shower unit-in-one. Faboulous view of the bay, islands and the cliffs. Bed was a bit hard and pillows very hard. we ate in the restaurant which was lovely. Fabulous selection of seafood, reasonable priced. For the non-fishy folk there was steak, chicken and venison. Extensive wine list with prices from about 25 euro. Deserts are not up to much really, but dinner was great.
Lovely pub next door playing traditional Irish music which added to the evening.
Breakfast next morning was delicious and plenty of it. Walked along the pier after breakfast in the beautiful November sunshine.
Lovely way to spend an evening away from it all and if the sun shine, Howth is one of the most perfect places on earth.
Would certainly recommend it, albeit, the room rate is a bit expensive. Their web site has the menus and prices.

“beautiful room, but too warm”

Lovely hotel at end of east pier, just 20 min from Dublin. Our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the bay. Just beautiful. A nice king size bed with good size bath. However, the room had a very big window, but only a small portion of it opened, and it was very warm in the room. No A.C, so a little uncomfortable until the sun went down.

A nice restaurant downstairs, did not eat there, but many did.

Quiet breakfast room overlooking the water. Great bread and cooked breakfast.

Staff was helpful, they even brought a dessert to our room from the restaurant.

“Fantastic!!!!”

If you are going to Dublin and want to get out of the city go to King Sitric. This hotel is based right on the seafront, next to the harbour and the rooms are lovely, I woke in the morning and listened to the sea and watched the boats go out. The restaurant serves amazing seafood - have the lobster share, the whisky sauce needs to be tasted to be believed!!!!!! Fantastic!

This restaurant has to be my favourite. It is a fish restaurant and probably the best one in Ireland. Even if you are not a fish fanatic, like myself, you will love this place, as you can book in advance and get a selection of fish instead of just trying out your usual type. I think you have to arrange this special menu when booking your reservation. Even if you dont book in advance and you are in the Howth area, you should check it out.
Prices do vary but it is definitely worth it.
