I had dinner at Cafe Soleil for the first time last night. It is a very small, quiet restaurant. I had bypassed this place many times because it says "French cuisine" and I am not a big fan on French. However, upon seeing the menu, I didn't really get what was so "French" about it other than the escargot and French wine list. They have wonderful appetizer choices, the smoked salmon melts in your mouth, served with bagel slices, and cream cheese. A great light lunch choice, too. We also had the lobster ravioli and the special of the day, filet and shrimp. The filet could be cut with a fork and the shrimp here huge and perfectly cooked. They have wonderful bread choices to go with your appetizers, too. The service is wonderful. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area. There's something on the menu for everyone and it's not too formal and not too casual. Just right!
