This hotel has great amenities, especially the Business Center with 4 free Internet computers, a printer, and a copier, all open 24 hours. But be careful to get a room away from the railraod tracks that run by one side of the hotel. Freight trains run all night. Others in my group staying on that side complained of the all-night noise. Best room numbers (furthest from the tracks) end in 02 to 23. Even-number rooms face an inner courtyard. I was in 702, and only heard an occassional train whistle, but I was not disturbed by the trains. Worst rooms end in odd numbers above 53, which directly face the tracks. Otherwise, hotel was great. My room had a large frig, a microwave oven, and big L-shaped desk work area. There is a rooftop pool I did not check out, a 24 hour fitness center, and in addition to the Business Center PCs there is free wired Internet in the rooms and free wireless Internet in the lobby and restaurants. I am a member of the Holiday Inn/ICH "Priority Club", which gets you free coffee in restaurants, $2 Off the $14.95 breakfast buffet (still to expensive for me), and a late check-out (1PM). I believe I was also given a better room (away from the tracks) because I was a member. Mine was also a corner room, so it had windows in two directions. You may benefit by joining this Club before or upon arrival. To get to the hotel, take Metro to L'Enfant Plaza stop, exit out 7th & Maryland exit, and hotel is around the corner down 6th Street.
