Checked in late on a Wed night, excited for our following day at Disneyland. Right before tucking our twins in bed I pulled back the sheets and to my horror found a huge pee stain. In my disbelief I bent down and sniffed just to make sure it was not just a stain, but was the real thing. The sheets were not changed from the previous guests. After further inspection, I noticed quite a few hairs as well. The asst manager Eric was extremely nice and apologetic and promptly moved us to another room. He said to check out the new room and notify if we needed anything. To our utter amazement the, with the sheets once again pulled back, there was another stain! This time a little smaller and stinkier, and yes I stuck my face in it one
more time to make sure it was not my imagination. There were several long blonde hairs as well. Again I phoned Eric and he came to our room and once again profusely apologized and again moved us to another room. One that he this time, inspected for us. He made sure it wasn't the same maid as the other 2 rooms. This room was perfect.
All in all they comped our room. Which was really nice however, I can't get over the extreme health hazard. I can only imagine all the other children sleeping in the other dirty sheets. The following day we asked if the maid would be fired and they said they are looing into it, maybe it is a "training issue"....hmmmm. Was a nice hotel otherwise, very close to Disney. Eric, the manager was the really nice part about the hotel. Would stay again, for the price, if I knew
that maid was outta there!
