Staff very helpful. Room not luxurious, but adequate. Good beds. Allowed to park there until midnight of checkout day. Great rates if you shop around a little. Highly recommend.

My son and I stayed at the Best Western Pavilions for 5 days in November. I expected an economy style hotel but was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The decor was lovely and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of catching the shuttle every 20 minutes right at the street. The staff was amazingly considerate and accommodating. Overall, an excellent value and just far enough from the busyness of the area to be very quiet and restful at the end of a busy travel or park day.

Business serviceFour of us stayed for three nights in a room away from the strret and on the 1st floor. The room and motel were fine. No guest laundry but we could use the one at the BW stovall inn on the next block. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the ticket booth at Disneyland.

Business serviceWe booked this hotel since we were on a budget while visiting Disneyland and we were pleasantly surprised! We were taking a tour of the West Coast and this was actually the best hotel we stayed at. We stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t have the space or comfort that we got in this room. It was also REALLY clean when we arrived and also everyday.
The walk to Disneyland is a little far, especially if you have children. We were 3 adults, so it wasn’t as much a problem for us, except when we were tired late at night. BIG TIP: Ride the Monorail over to Downtown Disney and then walk home from there – it’s MUCH faster! You can also cut through the Grand Californian and save some time.
The only negative is that they need to update their hotel. They have no computer system at all at their hotel. I needed to check my e-mail messages and print out our boarding passes for our flight and they could not help me with either. They sent me to a Best Western down the street which cost almost $1 per minute and $1 per page to print – a really big rip-off!
Overall, this is a GREAT budget hotel. There are no extra frills, but the room is spacious and clean everyday. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful. The hotel could definitely use some updating – they didn’t even have an elevator – but overall a great experience and a good choice if you are on a budget.

Business serviceWe stayed at this hotel from the 11th April to to 21st and found it to be quite good and very adequate for the amount of time we were there during the day. We arrived on the 11th after a 13hour flight from Sydney and was unable to check in straight away, but we did not mind and went walking to check out the area. There is a Dennys restaurant right next door, a convenient store and a great Italian restaurtant right behind the hotel. There is also Cocos and Tiffys restaurant two blocks down which are both good to eat at. The 7 eleven store on the corner of Katella and Harbour Boulevard were handy for freshly made sandwiches, salads, fruit etc as the food in Disneyland is really expensive. Disneyland is about a 15minute easy walk and we found a short cut through the Grand California Hotel which took you straight to Downtown Disney. If walking doesn't take your fancy, then the ART shuttle bus runs every 20min and the stop is right outside. This was good as we were the first stop both ways and only had to stand once. The cost is $3.00 pd, $12.00 for a three day pass. These were definitley worth it as they allow you to travel as many times as you want in a day and you can also get on other buses and go to different places. We used this quite a bit to go to the Block Shopping centre which requires two buses. We had two rooms, one for us and one for two teenage boys aged 15 and 13y. This was great as they had their room and we had ours. The rooms consisted of two double beds, fridge and a microwave which came in handy for keeping drinks cold and cooking 2 minute noodles at midnight after a long day and night at Disney. The staff were very nice and very helpful as one night I went to reception at midnight and asked for a Doctor as I had come down with Tonsilits. They had a Dr in my room with medication within half an hour. Just fantastic. The freshly cooked warm cookies were also a nice treat of an afternoon.
The only thing that I could complain about is that the walls were a little thin as we could hear the fellow next door snoring and one morning the previous guests in that room had not turned the alarm off and we were woken at 5.00am with an alarm going off in that room so we had to get reception to come and turn it off. Other than that it was pretty convenient to everything and away from the hussle and bussle of the main drag, Harbour Boulevard and would stay here again due to this.
If you need to do some washing you can use the laundry facilities at the best western next block down at no charge which was very handy. I recommend eating at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney, The meals are great, a little expensive but well worth it. Be prepared to wait a about half anf hour or so to be seatyed as they are very busy.
