We stayed here for 3 nights and LOVED it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were kept up. We accidentally made a horrible mess with popcorn and chips and the maid service was great! One of our kids "blankies" was taken when the beds were striped. They washed it and returned it without a hassle. The pool was heated so even in cooler weather swimming was great. The front desk staff was courteous and knowledgable. Breakfast was great as well although it was done at 9:30 so we were always rushed to make it.
It was close enough that our 3, 5 and 7 year olds walked to and from for 2 visits to Disneyland each day. We loved to come back in the afternoon and relax at the pool before returning for night shows. Lots of restaurants closed by.
Would stay there again.

My family of 6 stayed at this hotel for eight nights in February. Our stay was EXCELLENT! We love Britney at the front desk. She was full of information and took care of a couple minor problems for us.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great and house keeping kept the room spotless. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

This hotel is extremely convenient to Disneyland. We walked back and forth at least twice a day sometimes more. It was an easy 10-15 min walk. The room was what we expected. Nice enough. But...one day we came back to our room after being gone the whole day at 4:15 p.m. to find the housecleaning staff just starting our room. That was strange and very inconvenient. The next day we slept in and the front desk called the room at 12:30 p.m. just as we were leaving to say that they would like to clean our room now. (we had the do-not-disturb sign out). So we said sure we are just heading out. We came back 3.5 hours later to find that our room hadn't been cleaned. We called the front desk to say just forget about it and their response was "okay". No apologies, no offer of fresh towels at least. The next morning we were at the continental breakfast at 9 a.m. and they had run out of cinnamon buns. No apologies again. Just "no, they don't have any more". Very bad customer service in my opinion. There are so many hotels in the area, this would not be one of my top choices.

After a horrible night at another nearby Anaheim Hotel, we moved to the Holiday Inn Express for the night. The front desk staff, especially Felicidad, was more then accomidating and understanding about our dilemma. They even let us check into our room a bit early so that we could attend our meeting at Disneyland ontime. The room was very clean and the hospitality great. They even gave us water and cookies to take to the park with us. They also offer free continental breakfast availible in a nice breakfast room.The general manager, Esther Lin, greated all the guests that morning in the lobby and cared about any concerns or questions we might have. We highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Anaheim and/or the Disneyland area.
