“What a great hotel!”

Cannot praise this place enough! Staff were helpful, extremely polite & simply could not do enough for us. Room was spacious, clean & modern & the bed was really comfortable. We were made to feel special for the whole of our 5 day stay.
Breakfast buffet was ample, well cooked & good value.
Location is perfect with great bars, restaurants & places of interest within walking distance. There is even an Irish Bar under the hotel!
This hotel was part of a trip we made to a number of other cities where we stayed other Hilton & Crowne Plaza Hotels & this place outshone them all.
No hesitation in rcommending this place to all concerned.

“Great Hotel & Excellent Staff”

Stayed there for Two nights. Must say that for the price it is a good hotel. But what is exceptional is the staff. Always providing service with a genuine smile.

Booked after reading the reviews on TA. Great value, good location, rooms are fine.

Go to the sky bar at Lebua (5 min walk from HI) for a great view over the city.

“excellant hotel”

This holiday was booked last minute and stayed here on the recomendation of the travel agent. I found the staff to be helpful and very nice to deal with they went out of the way to help you when you asked them for directions.

Had breakfast each day and found it to be satisfactoy. I did not use the resturant in the evening as there are loads of places nearby. Located 5 mins from the skytrain, 10 mins from the river and approx 15 mins walking to the Patpong area.
