I found this small boutique hotel by accident about a year ago and have stayed there now on two occasions. It is located in my favorite area of Bangkok for walking, near some of the oldest and most interesting parts of the city. It's also within walking distance (or short taxi ride) to some of Bangkok's best small local restaurants.
Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable - although I prefer the larger top floor river-facing rooms. Being a newly renovated building, everything is in excellent condition, particularly the brand new bathrooms.
It's a very small hotel, which is a plus: the staff are very kind and helpful, and make you feel like their personal guest. I didn't have any unusual requests, but I suspect that they would probably go out of their way to assist guests if possible.
Breakfast is sort of unexciting - but there is plenty of food: eggs, meat, toast, cereal, and fruit. And it's served in a pretty riverfront garden.
My only (very minor) issue is that the "partial river view" room really didn't have a view of the river unless you stood right at the window and turned your head to the right. From most of the room, the view was of the building across the street.
