Went on a great hike of the Red Canyon in Eilat's Nature Reserve. We could see views of Negev Desert ,Sinai Desert, Jordan, and even Saudi Arabia in the Desert. Hike was tough for me b/c I am out of shape and not too outdoorsy, but if you like to hike a lot it is only about 1.5 hours of walking/climbing. The scenery was gorgous. Check out my pics. Went on this through a company called Desert Eco Tours. They drove us in a LandRover open air jeep to get the full effect of the desert. (My boyfriend went to Petra through the same company and had an equally exciting tour.)
