A fantastic modern hotel situated in the heart of Causeway Bay and well placed to explore a wonderfully bustling city. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room very reasonable and clean. The bar has a real atmosphere (karaoke a definite draw but obviously not to everyone's taste!) and the food served is of a good quality. All in all well worth a visit considering the very reasonable price to stay.

It was easy to get to the underground, hop on a tram or get on a bus from the Metropark Causeway Bay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean, small but functional. When you visit Hong Kong you don't want to stay in the room much which is fortunate for us as our room was at the back and looked directly across into another block of flats and our friends room looked into a block of flats that were being renovated/newly built and was surrounded by green netting. No, we were not given a view over the harbour - do you have to pay extra for that we wondered? There is no lounge to sit in only a few chairs and low tables by the lift or in the bar. However the staff went out of their way to serve us when we hadn't book a table in the restaurant and we only wanted a snack. They moved tables, laid it with white stiff cloths and napkins and served us in the foyer outside the restaurant - the food still tasted good and we were appreciative. Each morning someone knocked on the door to see if we had any laundry we wanted doing. We have stayed at the sister hotel in Kowloon but this is more convenient and we would stay here again.

We were looking for a comfortable hotel for an extended stay in HK and definitely found it at the Metropark Causeway Bay.
After reading the Trip Advisor reviews we booked a panorama suite
with club access and were completely seduced.
The view of the HK skyline was great from our hugeroom on the 23rd floor and the rate was a steal by HK standards
Extremely convenient to the Metro and several tram lines.
Located in a real Chinese neighbor hood with many shops and restaurants near by.
The hotel buffet breakfast was also great with many western and chinese options.
Would definitely stay here again!
