Hotel was huge, nicely decorated lobbies, sprawling green lawn decorated with classic cars and a piano shaped pool...The rooms were large and clean...The men enjoyed the dinner buffet at the Chef Mickey restaurant while some of us ate at The Studio Lounge...We then had breakfast at the Hollywood and Dine the next morning...We also enjoyed buying special disneyland mementos at the Celebrity Shop

Had a lovely stay at the Hong Kong Disney Hollywood Hotel for four nights. We reached late in the night so there were no issues with check in. The Hotel is new and very well maintained. It was quite busy during the time which we stayed. Inspite of this, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing to fault with.

The rooms were not too big but comfortable enough for a family of 2 small kids. Both the interiors and exteriors are done up in mickey theme - there's mickey even on the carpets and rugs.The beds were extremely cozy – in fact one of the best hotel beds that we have ever slept in. Enough amenities were provided and were replaced adequately. They provide green tea sachets in the room but were more than willing to provide with normal tea bags and coffee sachets when contacted the guest services. The rooms were cleaned regulary.

The breakfast at Chef Mickey was excellent and had plenty of varieties to choose from. Tried the Character Buffet at Enchanted Garden in Disney land hotel as well but the one at Chef Mickey was better. Food is expensive for Hong Kong standards but then there is no choice if staying in the Disney Resort. The next available option is to go to the Citygate outlets in Tung Chung which is one station away from the Sunny Bay Station where the disney MTR takes you from DIsney station. This journey would take approximately 15 minutes by the train.There are quite a few fast food outlets and restaurants available there. We discovered it too late – just the day prior to departure.

The hotel has a lovely pool and a neat garden. The soveniers and gift items available in the store are a bit pricey - found it more affordable in the city. The shuttle bus service between the Disneyland Park and the hotel runs every 10 min during the day. It is an extremely kid friendly hotel and we never had any problems during our stay. Except for weekends, a few of the disney characters were found in the lobby and the kids were more than delighted to meet them there. All together, it was a very pleasant sta.We would definitely be going back!!!

My family and I stayed here for one night during Easter holiday. The lobby of the hotel is great, when we check in the line up was a little long but then it is Easter holiday.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful especially the Front desk manager but the Bell serive staff was a different story.

Overall, the room is clean and decor is a little plain for a Disney hotel. The one thing I found really annoying was that this hotel do not provide Bottled water to guest. Guests need to buy their own on a vending machine on the floor.

Well, we have stayed in many hotels and I can't really remember there were other cosmopolitian city 4/5 stars hotel that do not provide bottled drinking water for room guest especially this is a Disney hotel.

The food at Chef Mickey resturant was good and kids really enjoy playing outside the yard after lunch.

Overall, it is not a bad experience and would come back to stay the next time.

This hotel delighted my daughter very much as she is a big fan of Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Daisy, Donald, Pluto. When we arrived at the hotel lobby in the evening, Goofy was at the hotel lobby for the kids to take photo with.

The lobby was comfortably designed with TV area for kids, the piano swimming pool was big & great for kids. It has a hot jacuzzi pool too! The large lifts was beautifully designed.

Staffs were friendly & helpful. Most importantly, they speak English! Check in & check out was fast. We were given free upgrade instantly to a sea-view room and I'm glad.

There's a restaurant, cafe pub, fast food counter, souvenir shop and a toy shop in this hotel. There isn't any convenient store in Disney Hollywood Hotel. They only sell Disney's items. So, take all your things along as you won't want to travel to HK city to buy your necessities!

The rooms are well designed with Disney Mickey Mouse motifs. My favourite motif is the shower curtain that is brightly coloured with Mickey. The shower gel & shampoo bottle was a beauty with Mickey ears. I think the necessities provided are a bit little. I hope they provide body lotion, bath foam & comb too!

They only provide 2 tea bags in your room. No coffee, no sugars and no creamers! Don't forget to bring back your own Mickey bedroom slippers complimentary for Dad, Mom & kid that's nicely placed in the wardrobe.

TV in room was never bored for my daughter as there are plenty of Disney cartoons & movies to choose from.

Breakfast was not included for us. So I went to the restaurant for a buffet breakfast. It was expensive and the good was not good. Very limited choices charged at high prices. But where else can you buy your breakfast as this hotel is in a remote place away from the bustling HK city. The cheaper alternative is to go to the fast food for breakfast but still choices very little. Waitresses was polite though.

You can take theDisney MTR to Tsing Yi where there is a Maritime Shopping Centre. There are plenty of food & shopping. The night harbour view outside the mall is good & have plenty of cool sea breeze. Romantic place for couples or families to take a stroll.

They provide free shuttle service between Disneyland, MTR, hotel hollywood, disney hotel HK. The window of the Disney MTR comes in Mickey ears. Even if you're standing on the train, you'll be holding Mickey ears too! The train is different from other MTR trains in HK city. It's a fantasy Disney train.

But after 9pm (when Disneyland closes), there isn't any entertainment for the late sleepers. So, we only stayed in the room. Quite boring for adults. I suggest that you stay maximum 2 nights at this hotel as more than that will be boring!
