“Exactly what is needed for a trip to Boracay”

Why do people choose to stay at somewhere cheap then expect five star luxury? Seabird does exactly what it says on the tin!!

Our room was large, very clean, air conditioning worked, cheap and well stocked mini bar, towels changed daily, 30m's from the beach (ideal for popping back for the loo or to get out of the sun), friendly staff and security. All this for a cheap price.

Walking along the beach I was happy with our location. Not on the seafront so wasn't loud. I cannot see why seafront is an attraction pay more money to look at a beach. Get out of your room and onto the beach thats what Boracay is all about!! Plus it was fairly central so could get anywhere quickly.

I would recommend it to be fair.

All you need for Boracay is a clean, secure hotel with comfy beds and air con. The actual place is what it is all about. spend less allowing you to spend more on food and beer!!

My friends booked at this place because it was cheap and they complained all the way....
the sheets were stained, faucets were nasty, air conditioning was loud and you have to walk down a creepy alley to get there.

It is central in location. I found it a bit creepy and dirty, but if you still choose to go there for $40 a night, just shut up.

Just returned from a 4-day vacation. This place is ideal for families, friends. I'd recommend this hotel during peak season (when all other restos are full and you cannot find a place to dine-in)most sepcially because they have an in-house resto which have huge servings. And their breakfast comes with fruits :) This place is just behind red coconut. When you step out of their gate, you can already see the beach. Their romm is huge. Thei triple deluxe room can even accommodate 3-4 more people. You can literally jog inside the room. And when the other reviews say that the staff is great, oh men, they are telling the truth :) They are very corteous ;) This is actually the first time I stayed in bora in a non-beach front resort. I don't mind because this place is close to everything. I remember staying in White house, chalet tirol and Jony's and remember the 'long, agonizing walks' to the 'd mall' This time, I didn't experience that ;)

The only downside of the resort is the mosquitos getting in to their exhaust fans. I'd say trun the exhaust fan on at all times so the mosquitos won't get in and close the comfort room always. ;)

“great price fo balikbayans and others”

Seabird International Resort

I am a balik-bayan and stayed at thishotel twice during the months of January and February 2008. We brought some friends with us and they were all praise with the service, accomodation and the flexibility of the staff to accomodate guest's reasonable requests.

location was perfect, near the D'mall and other night establishments but far enough not to hear the noises of night life
if youwant to rest and go to bed early.

Price was very reasonable. Of course this is not a 5 star hotel but clean has h/c water, diningroom on the first floor with reasonable price. Can have room service per request.

We will definite recommend this to others.

“Love Seabird, Friendly Staff”

Seabird International Resort

Seabird is very affordable, very nice , clean and friendly and helpful staff. I would strongly recommend it if you just want a place to sleep and spend your daytime frolicking in the beach (which is really what you would want to do in Boracay). Very close to the nightlife and D' Mall,It is located just behind Red Coconut. The short walk along the alley is quite safe even if you go back to your room like after midnite..and nice road pavement , too.I feel quite safe there.

You get a good nite sleep, too because it is just perfectly situated wherein you wont be able to hear the noise coming from the 'nitelife' by the beachfront.

Hey guys, I heard you are going to add up some more rooms. I hope it won't ruin the ambience of place. I like the small balconies in each room and the top view of your neighbor's nipa huts overlooking each windows.
