From the moment you are picked up and taken to the pier and load into a nice new clean private boat you know you are in for something special! once you get to the resort you are greeted by the nicest staff. The penthouse suites are amazing, you could play football in the shower (let alone the rest of the bathroom) it is that spacious. the rest of the room almost too spacious. comfortable king bed with french doors that open to a magnificent, large balcony. these modern rooms are just fantastic with good privacy, one way windows to the rest of the resort. the rest of the resort is such a relaxing place with shaded areas and wireless access almost everywhere, lush green plants around the pool make it feel like an oasis for the rich an famous. The staff were fantastic catering to any of our needs and the food you would expect from a five star french restarunt. i really felt like i was special here. would definatly come back and have very fond memories of this specail place.

I've been in Asya Boracay last March 14-16,2008. I am really surprised to the great service and accommodation they have.Only there is a delay picking up us in the airport. It was nice to ride in speedboat to transfer to the hotel. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. We got the country yard suite which is the best room they have,it has nice bathroom, soft beds, huge air conditioned and good view of garden. The food was great and just in right price. The swimming pool was also good, very relaxing. Also try the private cove, the water is clear and you will also enjoy the trekking up in the mountain..you can see the view of boracay up there.
We were surely go back in Boracay and stay in Asya again. We will also recommend this hotel to friends.

“Very good place to stay”

Asya Boracay

Asya Boracay is a new hotel just off of White Beach near Boat Station 2. It is very clean and comfortable and has one of the nicest and biggest bathrooms that I have ever seen. Unforunately, I was sick for much of my time at the resort, so I couldn't enjoy the pool or many of the other amenities. But I wish I could have.

The Asya Cove is a very nice place that is accessible only by shuttle. It is a private place only for Asya guests. They have snorkeling and kayaking all for free. My only complaint is the infrequent shuttle, which is about 3 times a day and requires you stay for 3 and a half hours. There is really no other way to get there than the shuttle. It also would have been nice to see more food available there. Although I can understand their limited selection since there were only a total of 4 guests at the cove when I was there.

The food was good, but a little more expensive than other places. I liked the BLT best. We had massages in our room that were set up by the hotel. It was fairly cheap considering they came directly to our room.

I was disappointed that they charge 100 peso for one hour of internet. That's about $2.50. They charged me for the entire time, even though I only needed the computer for about 10 minutes.

Asya was our last hotel before heading home. They did a great job to get us to the airport, including taking us on the speed boat (from the private cove) so we didn't have to go to the jetty port. I would recommend this hotel for the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the rooms.

This is a very nice hotel.

Spacious, clean, properly interiored, big bathroom, etc.

Once inside the property, you feel the serenity and relaxing surroundings.

They also have a great pool.

My family and I had a great time. Would stay here again.

Kudos to the management. Keep up the good work.

“Very beautiful and relaxing location”

Asya Boracay

5 of 5 stars

My husband and I stayed at Asya in August this year for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is not very big but it was beautiful and still looks brand new. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and large balcony facing the pool and the suite was clean and incredibly spacious with modern, Bali-style decor. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious with a huge shower! We didn't end up using the kitchen except the fridge to store drinks that we bought from one of the stores. It was much cheaper than buying drinks from the restaurant/bar. Also, even though there was a fridge, microwave and stove in the kitchen, there were no utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. so we couldn't cook anyway.

The swimming pool was not that big but it was still very nice. The grounds had very lush landscaping which looked beautiful and made you feel like you were in an isolated hotel even though it's actually surrounded by so many other hotels/resorts. The only draw back to the greenery is that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings. If you're prone to being bitten, insect repellent or long sleeves and pants are necessary at those times.

We only had dinner at the hotel on the first night. It was good but relatively expensive. The breakfast buffet was decent and satisfying. The fruit should've had some sort of cover to protect them from fruit flies.

There was a large office area for guest use with internet access but there were a couple of internet cafes along the lane towards the beach that had lower hourly rates so don't bother using the hotel's computers for that purpose.

Even though the hotel is not a beach front property, we didn't mind one bit because the walk to the beach was at most, 2 minutes. However, d'mall and the areas with more excitement was about a 20-25 minute walk away. We didn't mind so much as we were looking for a relaxing ending to our 3 week vacation in the Philippines. Anyway, it was a relaxing walk past many shops, restaurants and other hotels.

One of the services that we appreciated the most was the private speedboat to/from Caticlan. When we arrived at Caticlan, it was night time so we had to take the ferry that is packed with everyone arriving at the same time from the same flight. However, when we left, we were taken to the private cove for the private speedboat to take us back to Caticlan. If you are going to stay at Asya, make sure that you arrive and leave during daylight hours in order to be able to use this private boat service. We were told that the boat isn't equipped with proper lighting for night use. Anyway, it was SO much better than the packed ferry.

Even though August is rainy season, we were very lucky and it only rained on the evening of our arrival so our visit to Boracay was amazing. Since it wasn't peak tourist season, it was not completely overrun with people. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Asya. We easily could've stayed for a full week.
