booked thru a web site and requested twin beds and non smoking. booked in -allowed in early - but no twin available until next day smooth swop next day and clean, comfortable beds (pillows a bit hard). First room quieter than second as on different side of hotel. Breakfast reasonable plenty and hot. Staff friendly and swim pool well maintained and empty so being small does not matter. Will use it again as taxi's plentiful and cheap

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children from Canada on its offical website. The booking procedures went well and confirmation was received almost immediately. We requested a non-smoking room but was told that it could not guarantee the request. The hotel is also one of the very few hotels in Singapore that allows 2 adults and 2 kids in a single room.

We arrived just after midnight and the check-in was very smooth. We find the room ok but the mini-fridge never worked (even after a repair and a swap). The stopper for the bath tup was missing. Hotel is generally clean. Unfortunately, the hotel accepts tour groups (mainly Chinese and Japanese) which could arrive late and were very noisy. After 6 days, we moved out and cancel the rest of the reservation.

This is a new hotel located slightly away from all the main attractions of Singapore, but that isn't a bad thing as taxi's are cheap (about 80p for two passengers to Orchard Road and takes about 10 mins). The hotel staff will go to any lengths to please and provide as they also run a free shuttle bus service every hour (only on week days though).

The standard rooms are slightly on the smaller size but immaculate with new fittings, clean beds, great facilities such as tv, electronic safe, hair dryer and everything you could need. (just take extra hangers as they don't provide more than a handful, and the wardrobe was a little tight on space for two people).

Again, the staff are great and nothing is any trouble from requesting an iron, to the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast buffet was very good and every type of food was available to try.

I will revisit for sure. If you have booked this hotel then you won't have any concerns.

My husband and I selected this hotel based on price and were not sure what to expect. We have stayed in Singapore before and find that it is a difficult city to find good hotel rates and quality, usually one is at the expense of the other. It turned out to be a great value. The staff is very professional and friendly. The public areas are all very nice.The room was compact but clean, and included a small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and a safe, the bathroom was all marble, and the T.V had many channels to choose from. We requested extra hangers and softer pillows and were promptly and happily accommodated.
Breakfast (included in our rate) could be eaten in a lounge area or on the patio outside. It was not the best I have ever had, but it did offer a number of food choices that varied a bit day to day and certainly left you full and ready to start your day.
The pool and sundeck area were small but spotless. Luckily not many guests bother to use it so we would usually have it all to ourselves.
The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Orchard Rd or a nearby shopping mall. We used it once and found it very pleasant and efficient.
The location is away from the tourist areas in a quiet residential part of town. It is a 15 minute walk to either Ferrer Park or Novena MRT stations. The area around either station has shops and restaurants so you don't have to go downtown to indulge in either (don't miss shopping at the Mustafa Center). We had a very early morning flight and the final taxi fare to the airport including the 50% surcharge (between midnight and 6:00 am) was less than 20 singapore dollars
If you are looking for a reasonable rate at a solid 3* this hotel is ideal.
