Set between a lake and a volcano is this great hotel. Modern decor, bright and airy with excellent service it was a welcome change from the last stay in Puerto Varas.
The food here is sublime! Breakfast presents a feast for the most jaded palate with a cornucopia of fruits, juices, cereals, light as air pastries, any kind of eggs with al lthe trimmings etc etc. The room we had (a small suite) was huge, with a pivate balcony overlooking the lake. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds and very modern bathroom (it took mea while to figure our how the shower worked!)
Highly recommended for the most discerning traveller.
