Solid place. Not cheap and I didn't find it to be a good value at about 100USD per nite. Expected more for the money but absolutely nothing wrong with the place. Very clean safe and comfortable.

Business serviceMy fiance and I spend our last day, after a week in Cuzco, in this quite and charming hotel a few blocks from downtown.
Despite she was sick for the last two days, our last day in the hotel was beyond our expectations!!! Service was great and our suite was confortable and with a beautifull view!!!

Business serviceI stayed here for my last night in Cuzco back in March 2008. The hotel really is nice and charming; however, for the price people pay I found it to be a little over rated. My travel agency (I work for them) actually payed for my last night in Cuzco, but if I had to pay over 100USD a night, I would have gone elsewhere. I had a single room that was pretty small, but it was clean, nice bathroom, cable TV and friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was top notch, with a huge selection of fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon and all types of cereal. Internet was also included in the price, but they only have 1 computer and with thousands of cheap(1 Sole a hour) Internet cafes in Cuzco, I didn't even bother. The location of the hotel is the best part. It is located right next to the Plaza de Armes. It is within a 5 minute walk to most of the attractions you will find in Cuzco (churches, restaurants, bars & clubs). Cuzco really is a great city and it really isn't an expensive city. I know this hotel is a 4*, but if you have to pay over 100 USD a night, I find this to be a bit too much. I stayed at a hostal before this hotel for only 25USD and it had tons more charm than the Casa Andina. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers, but not for budget travelers.

Business serviceAs with all the hotels we stayed in Peru, the standard was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. UK staff could learn at lot from them. The free drinks of tea helped. Breakfast was lovely. I can not fault this place. We stayed twice, with a visit to Machu Pichu inbetween. On our return, the staff remembered us and our second room was even better than the first.
The location was good, with good resturant's close by. The walk into town was nice, and not too far. Walking into town was fun watching the local's. This was also interesting first thing in the morning while having breakfast.
When we are lucky enough to return to Peru we will be booking this hotel again.

Business serviceMy son and I stayed there before and after hiking the Inca Trail. We found the hotel to be clean quiet and nice. It is a nice walking distance from the square. The staff was pleasant and helpfull. The only complaint that I would have is that it seems to take a long time to check in or out. I do note that the hotel that we used in Lima took even more time. Guess I am just used to giving an imprint of a card, and when I am ready to check out, just leave.
