We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip in late August and one night at the end. Our room f($65 for a double) was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. Our room was facing the courtyard which may be a little noisy in the morning with breakfast, so late sleepers may prefer to get a room facing the street. The staff very friendly, English speaking and helpful and the business center, open 24 hours, had 3-4 computers with a very fast internet connection. The hotel is in a great location near many nice restaurants and shops. The free airport shuttle is also a good deal, well organized and safe (unlike some of the crazy taxis in Lima). This was my first trip to Peru and I had heard so many negative comments about Lima but I really enjoyed the time I spent in the city and will certainly stay at the Ariosto Hotel on my next visit to Lima.

Stayed one night in this hotel before touring Peru & had no hesitation in booking another couple of nights at the end of our trip when we were back in Lima.

They gave us a huge suite with king sized bed on the top floor for $70. Very nice staff, very clean, free internet, reasonable breakfast. They pick up & drop off at the airport too for no extra charge. Nicely located in Miraflores.

Great place to stay....Modern building outside but its like and old finca inside! Even includes and adjacent republican house that has great late 1800's rooms! The average rate is about 75US! And I just got back and they had even a special for 45 dollars for a single! All shopping and bars and clubs of Miraflores, even the beaches, are within walking distance (1 to 6 blocks you find it all!), and me a gym freak there is a Gold's Gym half a block away and they give you low visit rates if you stayed there-just love it.....will keep on staying there since I go to Peru for work so often....all friendly people and english spoken by all front desk agents 24-7.

planning to go to Lima,this comming year and Ariosto is going to be my hotel,.I trusted them,the place is cozy,personal are very kind and helpful.
I highly recomended it.
