The hotel was very nice and comfortable. My room was excellent and the building as a whole was very good.
The restaurant unfortunately did not achieve the same standards. Service was very slow (20 minutes for a beer!?) and the food was mainly quite disappointing. The gnocchi quatro formaggi was made with anchovies in the sauce and was incredibly salty; the steak in a truffle sauce was cold and the seafood risotto was a seafood rigatoni (although quite a nice meal).
All round the IN Hotel has the potential to be a really good hotel, but it is a little way off yet.

Thanks to the previous poster from Edinburgh for his experiences at this hotel - I`m here right now and the hotel is highly recommended for the business traveller.

This in actual fact is the second time that i have stayed at this fantastic hotel, the first being in December 2006 on business. I have stayed at other Hotels in Belgrade, including the infamous "Moskva" and the not so "Majestik". These Hotels charge ridiculous money for outdated and tired premises and their only justification would appear to be that they are in the centre of the city. Although the "In Hotel" is about a ten minute taxi ride from the city centre, the taxis are so cheap and reliable that it pays to stay outside. The "In Hotel" is also ideally located for the Sports centre, ease of access if travelling from or to the airport or arriving in Belgrade by road. It is a clean modern hotel with fantastic service and facilities, and in my mind for the money is far better than the "Hyatt". There is ample secure and free car parking which is another distinct advantage, for those who know how busy Belgrade is. At the time of staying the hotel were offering a special weekend rate of 90 Euros per double room inclusive of breakfast, for two people, as opposed to the normal business week rate of 175 euros. The restaraunt is great with a good selection on the menu and the buffet breakfast is also very good. Given given the normal rate of the "Hyatt", which far exceeds the "In Hotel", then it is still good value!
The staff are courteous and friendly, unlike some of the other "ex-state" hotels.
We will definately stay here again!

After our terrible experience at Hotel Moskva in Belgrade, we opted for this brand new hotel in Belgrade.

The location is great (it is right after the bridge - so in new Belgrade, but it's still only a 5min cab ride or so, it's located literally right after the bridge in New Belgrade).

The staff are INCREDIBLLY friendly.
Each room has a plasma tv with internet access (all included in the price). We opted for a junior suite – which has a living room, a VERY comfortable bed, and a seizable living room. We ordered room service which was reasonably priced. The staff are all fluent in English, my partner had no problem communicating with them. The entire place was just built in August so everything is new and clean. It was seriously great.

If I had to give you some complaints: the only complaint I could have is the price, the price is fine for Canadian/US standards, but for Serbia, all the hotels (Intercontinental, Hyatt and so forth) are overpriced – you could rent an apt. in Belgrade down town for the price of staying in the hotel for one night. However, this didn't matter much to us, and we appreciated all the comfort. All in all it was everything we could hope for and more. We were totally impressed and would stay here again.
