This was the worst place by far we have ever stayed out. Nothing to do. Food was terrible. Rooms were humid and smelled really bad. The front desk people were very nice. That was the beat part of the trip. I would never recommend this place to any one!!

The attention is excellent, but rooms in villas are too humid, and water runs everywhere. If in the middle of the night you have a problem, there´s no one of maintenance department to solve it, so you will have to be located in another room. Go karts do not exist since 6 years ago. Pools are closed on week days. Food is served buffet and menu style, buy the same menu every day. Only front desk attendants are english spoken. No one else. If you want torest, it´s the perfect place for U. If you have children, it´s not a good place since it doesn´t have attractions for kids. If you are allergic, you should travel with antihistaminics, because the humidity will make your nose flush.

If you want to be isolated, and away from the real flavor of the country, this place is ideal. There are no planned activities or a designated way of informing you about the resort. It happens haphazardly, or if you happen to ask a question about the resort. A worker will take you in a vehicle and show you the general area which is vegetation, some animals, and a canopy where you can walk across and see more vegetation. The reception area is impressive with flowers in a tropical setting. The chairs in the dining area of our unit were dirty and moldy. We did not sit or stay in the living area. There was a constant smell of mold. The television in the living area was being repaired, we were told. So all we had to look at was the space that houses the tv in a small area. There was a tv in the bedroom. We were provided with two cups for coffee. There were no utensils or dishes. The resort provided a small bag of coffee and bottled water each morning. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. The toilet paper is third world paper that has a grayish color, a misrepresentation of the country. The other hotel where we stayed provided soft, white toilet paper.
We saw other resorts in Panama that surpasses this one in quality.

They forgot us at the airport. Then when we got to the hotel someone was in our room. Then they had no more suites so they put us in a studio. Next day they put us in a suite but it was so noise we couldn't sleep. After third day there we got a quiet suite that we had paid for from the begining. Pool only had busted dirty plastic chairs and broken foos ball table beside it. Water park closed on our third day there, found out winter starts when the school year starts. Could only find english speeking help at the front desk. Much farther from downtown than expected. 45 min to airport becouse roads were so bad in the area. Over all not a fun trip but very costly.
