Priceline Booked the Hotel, then they charged the credit Card again after we checked out, so an $81 a night room ended up costing $162. No hot water for one night. Trying to resolve charges and all of a sudden no one the Hotel nor thier corporate speaks english. Total Rip Off!

Room was 1950's roadside motel style.
Old, not maintained properly, musty and
ugly. Check in a mess. They are not
web savvy, though they sell rooms on the
net. Restaurant and room service food awful.
Telephone in room didn't work....etc..

This place is used by the airlines for misconnected
and delayed passengers. It is not worth
consideration for any other reason.

For the price, it's a total bust!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, and the swimming pool was very beautiful...the bedroom was ok...very outdated...the bed was rolling all over the room, the room was old, which gave it a dirty feel. (although it was clean) But overall, if you are not expecting an hotel with American standards, this hotel is good. The location is great, especially if you are an early flight...you can spend a last relaxing evening at the pool, and eat outside surrounded by beautiful coconut and palm trees.

Ok I knew what I was getting myself into and it was only for one night but.......it was 10x worse than I arrived late at night to staff who could care less about me or whether or not I had a reservation. They told me my room had no keys, so if I stepped outside I would not be able to get back in (would have to get the front staff as they had the only master key) and would have to lock myself in from the inside. They told me tough luck as there were no other rooms. So I entered the room and adjacent to mine was the other room which I swear the wood was rotting and the lock did not seem to be secure. I had to push the chair up against the door. Then the light to the bathroom did not work and the floor of the bathroom had horrible grime. I was even skeptical whether or not the sheets were actually clean! Nothing worked properly and I did not think that the price I paid was worth it at all! The next morning after carefully removing all the desks and chairs from the door I checked out only to be accused of losing the key! THEY were the ones that told ME that the room had no key. The night and day time staff do not communicate. I have to say I think the day time staff are a lot more friendlier. I swear I will actually pay the taxi fare and little more to stay somewhere a bit more accommodating.
