Stayed at this hotel for two nights for a stopover in Dubai. Brand new hotel has only been opened from November- hence taxi ddrivers have a problem finding it so be sure to tell the driver a landmark next to the hotel to ensure they do not go to the older Four Points
I arrived her in the early hours of the morning and the concierge was unable to find my bookig from an outside agent - however they were gracious enough to still accomadate me accordingly.
As a Starwood Preferred Guest I was assigned to the Preferred Floor and given a daily voucher for the downstairs cafe.
The hotel is brand new and all the teething problems seem to have been ironed out. The room was larger and fully stocked. the bed as with most Sheraton hotels was a delight and the pillow menu was standard. There was ample storage space, a well stocked mini bar and amenites included slippers, loofah, shoe shine etc. and complimentry water. It was pleasently decorated with warm colours.
The hotel features a rooftop pool which is a good size and a gym. The gym was a good size and has a good choice of machines - good audio and a refresher bar with juices, protein bars and drinks.
Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection (however more hot choices wouldn't go amiss). Cafe and bar area serve food until late. This isn't a hotel designed for evening diner but is still good for mid day and late night eats.
The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from Bur Juman centra and there is a bus which take and picks up to Jurmeriah. For a well priced city hotel this is a good choice.
