The hotel is clean and attractive, with large rooms and divinely comfortable beds. Our room (a "Preferred Room") had a large bath tub and a good shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. A nice touch in the room was that there was an international travel adaptor provided, so I could charge my phone without having to buy an adaptor.

The sound insulation was excellent, and even though we were opposite the lifts, we did not hear any noise from inside the hotel, and the only time I noticed something from outside was early one morning when I was sleeping badly and woke around 4am to hear the call to prayer.

The breakfast buffet covered just about every taste, with Middle Eastern dishes, American pancakes, bacon and eggs, etc, as well as cereal, fruits, and eggs cooked to order. We had booked a price including breakfast - otherwise I think I would have thought the advertised price of 80 Dirhams a little expensive.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The television had good reception and a wide choice of channels.

The rack room rate was quite steep, but we booked through Easyjet hotels, around 90 Euros/night including breakfast, and I consider it excellent value for money.

I booked this hotel a week before staying and if you are in Dubai for a short stay I would recommend this hotel as it is very clean, very central to everything, has good facilities for a small hotel and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I have stayed in 5 star + hotels in Dubai. If you are here for a short stay then you should book.

Hotel is so new that it really is immaculate! The rooms are just how the photos on the official web site suggest and as its not a resort, its decent in providing the basic amenities of a four star. Only thing missing in my opinion is the jacuzzi.

The staff help as much as they can with the limited english spoken, and i wouldnt rely on them to help with excursions as no one really there to guide.

In my opinion, hotel situated in a good place as you are walking distant from a great shopping centre, minutes away from Meena Bazar, short distance from the beech and some of the local tourist attractions!

Best to collect i ternaries from the Bur Dubai Shopping centre as they have a really good tourist information centre!

Travelling around by taxi is brilliant (avoid 'private taxis' as they con you double the price) as they use a metre but just be aware of the rate they begin with!

I would if needed stay here again!

I have just come to the end of a 11 day long stay at this hotel and am now writing a review in my room.

Being a platinum member, I was upgraded to a corner suite which was really nice. The price difference is not that big so if your budget allows it and you plan to share the room with someone, go for the suite as it gives you a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two flatscreens.

The location isnt exactly charming as there is nothing to do or see in the immediate surroundings. However, it is convenient as it is right in the middle of old Dubai and the modern Dubai with its malls and skyscrapers. Traffic is generally a concern in this city but it wasnt too bad around the hotel.

What I really liked about this hotel:

Modern design, everything close to brand new.

Great staff, always helpful. Everyone from gym staff to front desk to restaurant to house keeping is super friendly.

Nice roof top pool and nice gym with excellent service.

The in-house car service is very nice albeit a bit expensive for short trips. Use them for longer journeys or multistop trips.

Breakfast buffet was nice and plentyful.

What wasnt great about this hotel:

Restaurant food is ok but not great. Do take your time to explore other restaurants in Dubai.

Internet connection is slow. It is not possible to watch streaming videos or Youtube which I find annoying.
