We stayed with our 3 year old and 5 year old in a suite off the pool area. The room was a bit small and average in cleanliness. The grounds are lovely, and the pool was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, a quick walk to restaurants and markets.

A totally new place for us booked direct at short notice and without consulting Trip Advisor A successful choice ,lovely rooms, helpful staff although several had very limited English. They sent us a taxi to the airport for us without us booking one Hotel has excellent secluded swimming area all mod cons and an acceptable breakfast We ate in on one occasion and found the service and food good The restaurant deserved better custom but loses out to those on the main street about 10 mins away where there are plenty of bars as well as a good variety of restaurants The original taxi was used for a day around Anghor Wat and this is worthwhile as you control the length of your stops. From discussions with my family Siem Reap is changing fast, go now before is is overun with tourists

This hotel is in a central location which is very nice. Many places to eat and shop are nearby the hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice but might have allowed in the tiny ants that infested the kettle to boil water. My stay was fine until I went to leave. Instead of loading the luggage in the van, the bellhops held it without explaining why. Finally a manager came over and send the reason they were holding the luggage was that there was no laundry bag in the room. I was not quite prepared for the heat so I did not have enough changes of clothes (I changed 2 or 3 times a day). In order to stay decent Iand have some clothes to wear, I sent my laundry down to be cleaned. I was impressed by the same day service, however when they brought my clothes back they did not bring back the laundry bag. After explaining this in the doorway of the hotel I was allowed to leave with my bags. I wish they would have asked me about the bag while I was checking out instead of at the door. I suggest that if you use the hotel laundry service immediately ask for the laundry bag back so that you wouldn't be stopped at the door on your way to get to your flight.

This hotel is excellent. We turned up at their reception on our second day in Siem Reap asking for any room they had available (after leaving our first hotel unimpressed). We ended up getting a deluxe room (i think that's what it was called) with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is beautiful, the rooms are very modern, clean and spacious and the food is great too. We went to a dinner & show held at the hotel one night which was great and we also got a massage in the spa. The staff were excellent and the facilities couldn't be better.
