As most people have said, great location, the only reasonable hotel close to the restaurants/bars/shops. But in a quiet street! Rooms are fine, a smallish pool was very welcome at the end of a day exploring Angkor. Front desk staff very nice, but not keen on arranging trips/ taxis/ an extra night at the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of tuk- tuks outside to take you further afield and a net cafe/travel agent over the road for arranging things the hotel won't!

“Nice and friendly accommodation with good location”

When I was about to arrive in Siem Reap, I was not expecting too much from my accommodation. But when I arrived at the entrance of the hotel, I was amazed. The hotel looks very nice from the outside.

It looks like some cottage residence. I entered the lobby and, although small, it is simple and cosy. I was given a welcome drink upon checking in and was brought to my room.

The bed is good and the room is clean and cosy. But there was a problem with my door and I realised on the 2nd day that I had no mini bar at all!!! Not that it really matters, but it was just a little shock.

The breakfast was buffet style and was not too bad. Simple, but nice food. There is a swimming pool at the back, but I did not get to swim, due to my busy schedule of tours around Siem Reap.

The location is good, as it is walking distance to the main Siem Reap town, where you will be able to see the night market, the pub street and many other tourist friendly places.

This hotel is good for those who likes to be close to the happening areas and who wants to stretch the dollar a little. Not the best but it's good enough.

This hotel was a very good 3 star hotel. Breakfast was included and it was very good. The location is what made this hotel fun. It was in walking distance to the downtown market and expat tourist area. There is great food and wonderful buys in the market. The hotel was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was welcome sight upon returning from Ankgor Wat. I had one proble and that was with ants when I left a sticky pastry out over night. In the morning it was covered with ants. The hotel got right on it and clean it up.

I would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely hotel, great location”

Our rate included airport pick up, which was punctual and slick. The driver told us a few things about Siem Reap during the drive and made some restaurant recommendations. When we checked in, we had been upgraded to a delux triple room which was spacious, comfortable and clean. There were about 80 channels on the TV, maybe 10 in English, a safe and a complimentary fruit platter. Housekeeping was spotless and efficient, and even though we were keeping odd hours going to and fro the temples we never saw the maid! The front desk staff are also good and will help you get a guide & tuk tuk if needed, and advise you what you should be paying. Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no trouble communicating with the staff.

The hotel has a decent sized pool, gym and sauna. Breakfast was ok, nothing incredible but a lot better than some: hot foods, egg station cooked to order, cereals, fruits, breads, juices and tea & coffee.

But the best thing about the hotel is it's location - a stone's throw from Bar/Pub Street, which means that there are dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants to chose from each evening. A lot of the good budget hotels were much further out of town, probably more peaceful but then you are tied to the tuk tuk. Personally, I liked being able to amble across the road for a drink or meal. Also the markets and massage places are a couple minutes walk away, so you can do some souvenir shopping easily too.

So it's not flash, but it's reliable, clean and does exactly what you need.... all for around $100 a night for a delux twin room. I felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend it for travellers who like some home comforts without getting ripped off. Few photos attached.

“Location, location!”

The location of this hotel cannot be beat...steps away from the market and a passel of great restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the staff is very friendly, there was definitely a communication gap! I only speak English and had a tough time tracking down a staff member who could understand that I wanted to arrange for transportation to see the temples at Angkor. All in all, I would stay here again.
