The property is still working out a few kinks here and there, but for the most part our stay was pleasant. Our room overlooked the pool area, which was very nice (although there was a great deal of viewable (and quite noticeable) construction going on next door during the day. The beds were undersized but, then again, I'm a 6-5 American in Cambodia...The service was excellent in and around the room and down at the hotel's dining hall. Breakfast and dinner were not bad. If you do stay here, do yourself a favor and take advantage of the foot massages at night. If I recall, correctly it was $15 American Dollars plus tip for almost a full body massage (even though they advertise it as just foot).
We had a private tour guide and shuttle, so I really have no idea how convenient the location is or the cost for getting around Siem Reap. Regardless of how you travel to Angkor Wat, it's a straight shot from the hotel, into Siem Reap's center, and then on to the ruins.
Drinks at the bar closes to the pool entrance were very reasonably priced (like everything else in the country), with an assortment of beers on draft (including Tiger) and several premium spirits. Make sure you bring American Dollars. You can use the local currency, but it's much easier to get around and pay with greenbacks.
